Billing Terms & Payment Policy

These Billing Terms govern all purchases, subscription renewals, consumption add-ons, and payment processing for CapEngage platform products.

By subscribing to CapEngage or adding payment credentials to your account, you authorize CapEngage to charge all applicable base fees, seat fees, usage overages, and taxes to your designated payment method.

CapEngage pricing combines fixed base subscriptions with flexible consumption metering:

• Base Plan & User Seats: Billed in advance at the start of each monthly or annual billing period. • Active Contacts Stored: Metered monthly based on the total number of unique contact golden records stored in your CDP. • Omnichannel Message Dispatches: Email, SMS, RCS, and Push notifications dispatched beyond plan allowances are calculated monthly in arrears. • Meta WhatsApp Conversation Charges: WhatsApp conversation fees are charged based on Meta's official country-specific rates plus platform dispatch tier rates. • AI Token Consumption: Inferences executed via autonomous AI agents or copilot features consuming LLM tokens beyond base plan inclusions are metered and billed monthly.

We support multiple secure enterprise payment channels:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways). • Direct Bank ACH & Wire Transfers: Available for annual enterprise plans upon request. • Digital Payments & NetBanking: UPI, NetBanking, and RuPay cards supported for accounts billed in Indian Rupees (INR). • Net-30 Invoicing: Offered to enterprise customers executing custom Order Forms subject to credit approval.

• Billing Currency: All subscription plans, usage add-ons, and carrier fees are billed consistently in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). • Tax Additions: Stated subscription prices exclude statutory taxes. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST at 18%), Value Added Tax (VAT), or applicable statutory taxes will be calculated and added to invoices based on your tax registration.

If a recurring payment charge fails:

1. Automated Retry Sequence: Our system executes automated payment retries over a 7-day period. 2. Email Notifications: Billing contact receives immediate email notifications to update payment details. 3. Grace Period: Customer is granted a 7-day grace period to update billing credentials without service interruption. 4. Account Suspension: Unpaid accounts exceeding 15 days past due are subject to temporary campaign suspension. 5. Overdue Interest: Unpaid balances accrue late interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum legal rate).

Filing an improper chargeback or payment reversal without contacting billing@capengage.com is strictly prohibited. Accounts engaging in chargeback fraud will be immediately terminated, blacklisted, and charged a ₹4,000 INR administrative processing fee plus legal recovery expenses.

If you believe an invoice contains an error, you must notify billing@capengage.com within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

Good-faith billing disputes do not relieve Customer of the obligation to pay undisputed invoice amounts on time.
