Our platform integrates AI capabilities across five primary components:

• AI Autonomous Agents: Goal-driven conversational and workflow agents executing automated lead qualification, demo scheduling, and customer inquiry resolution. • Visual Agent Builder: No-code studio allowing teams to configure agent decision trees, confidence thresholds, and system guardrails. • Growth AI Copilot: Interactive assistant offering real-time campaign optimizations, audience cohort recommendations, and deliverability insights. • AI Content & Copy Generator: Generates personalized email subject lines, WhatsApp message variations, and SMS text copy. • AI Image & Video Studio: Generates banner graphics and synthetic video scripts for multi-channel marketing campaigns.

We understand that your customer databases, contact lists, and marketing copy represent proprietary intellectual property.

• Zero Foundation Model Training: Customer Data, prompt histories, end-user PII, and generated outputs are NEVER used to train, retrain, or fine-tune public foundation AI models (such as OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, or Google Cloud LLMs). • Enterprise API Agreements: CapEngage executes formal enterprise API contracts with underlying LLM vendors. These agreements enforce zero-data-retention parameters, ensuring prompts and outputs are discarded immediately after inference. • Encryption & Isolation: All AI inferences occur within encrypted enterprise API pipelines over TLS 1.3 connections.

CapEngage AI agents are designed to assist human teams, not replace human judgment for high-stakes business decisions.

• Confidence Thresholds: Visual Agent Builder allows setting minimum confidence thresholds (e.g. 85%). Inquiries falling below the threshold are automatically routed to human support agents. • Action Approval Workflows: Automated actions involving financial transactions, contract agreements, or mass broadcasts can be configured to require explicit human approval before execution. • Budget & Rate Limits: Customers can enforce hard limits on daily message volume and token consumption per agent.

While CapEngage employs state-of-the-art retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering to maximize response accuracy, generative AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-context outputs ('hallucinations').

Customer is responsible for establishing appropriate QA procedures to review generated campaign copy, offer terms, and automated agent responses prior to broadcasting to end-users.

CapEngage continuously monitors evolving global AI regulations, including the European Union AI Act, US Federal Executive Orders on AI, and India's AI Ethics Framework.

Our platform supports transparent AI labeling, allowing clients to automatically attach AI disclosure notices to automated agent chats and generated communications.
