California Consumer Privacy Notice (CCPA / CPRA)

This California Consumer Privacy Notice ('CCPA Notice') supplements the information contained in CapEngage's main Privacy Policy and applies solely to individual residents of the State of California ('consumers' or 'you') pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, 'CCPA/CPRA').

In the preceding twelve (12) months, CapEngage has collected the following categories of Personal Information from business clients and website visitors:

• Category A — Identifiers: Real name, business email address, IP address, unique personal identifier, device ID, account login username. • Category B — Customer Records: Billing address, telephone number, job title, company affiliation, payment card metadata. • Category F — Internet or Network Activity: Browsing history, search queries, clickstream paths, interaction with capengage.com pages and ad campaigns. • Category G — Geolocation Data: Coarse geographic location derived from IP address. • Category I — Professional / Employment Info: Employer name, industry sector, job role.

CapEngage does NOT sell Personal Information to third parties for monetary compensation.

We share Personal Information solely with authorized service providers (such as cloud hosting providers, messaging gateways, and payment processors) pursuant to strict written contracts that prohibit retaining, using, or disclosing Personal Information for any purpose other than providing contracted services.

As a California resident, you possess the following statutory privacy rights:

1. Right to Know & Access: Request details regarding categories of personal information collected, sources, commercial purposes, and specific pieces of data held about you. 2. Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information collected from you, subject to statutory exceptions. 3. Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal records. 4. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information solely to necessary business operations. 5. Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not receive discriminatory treatment or diminished service quality for exercising your CCPA rights.
