Third-Party Services & Integration Policy

CapEngage allows customers to connect third-party software products, cloud applications, and developer APIs to enrich CRM data, synchronize contacts, and dispatch omnichannel messages.

Supported integrations include CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), customer data platforms (Segment, RudderStack), advertising networks (Meta Ads, Google Ads), and messaging gateways (Twilio, AWS SES).

Connecting a third-party service to CapEngage is done at Customer's sole discretion:

• Third-Party Terms Apply: Customer's use of third-party services is governed exclusively by the applicable terms of service, end-user license agreements, and privacy policies of those third-party providers. • OAuth Authorization: By authenticating an integration, Customer authorizes CapEngage to transmit, receive, and sync data to and from the connected third-party service as instructed.

CapEngage is not responsible or liable for performance failures, service interruptions, data corruption, message delivery delays, or breaking API specification changes caused by third-party services beyond CapEngage's reasonable control (including Meta WhatsApp WABA account blocks, Twilio carrier outages, OpenAI API downtime, or AWS network cuts).

If a third-party vendor modifies its API specifications, restricts access, or experiences an outage, CapEngage will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore integration functionality promptly, but disclaims all financial liability resulting from third-party vendor downtime.
