CapEngage has zero tolerance for spam. Using our platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or abusive messages is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

2. What Constitutes Spam

• Unsolicited commercial messages without opt-in consent
• Purchased or scraped contact lists
• Excessive message frequency
• Misleading or deceptive content
• Messages to recipients who have opted out

3. Compliance Requirements

All communications must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, GDPR, and local anti-spam regulations.

4. Enforcement

Violation of this policy results in immediate account termination without refund. We may also report violators to relevant authorities.
